Cintex Wireless, LLC, has three types of services for a wide range of customers. They include free government cell phones with zero cost minutes under the Lifeline program, various affordable prepaid plans, and cheap unlimited minutes/texts/data plans. The free lifeline phones are offered for the residents of five states only: Rhode Island, Maine, Maryland, Arkansas & West Virginia. The free plan comes with 90 minutes/texts, which can roll over from month to month. Cintex Wireless talk & text prepaid plans start with a $5 monthly charge for 100 nationwide minutes or 100 international texting. The Unlimited nationwide calling or unlimited international texting costs $40. Various Cintex Wireless data plans are offered at low prices, too.
